The core of Avid's support offering is the Avid Support Contract. The Avid Support contract combines access to telephone technical support, access to the Avid Knowledgebase, extended hardware warranty support and access to to upgrades into one convenient package.

Avid Support Solutions

Basic Support
An annual support contract providing cost-effective software coverage to keep your systems up-to-date. Includes unlimited phone support Monday to Friday during business hours (local offices) and software upgrades.

Avid Advanced Response
With Advanced Response, Avid support representatives troubleshoot remotely, resolve your issues, upgrades you system, and speed up system restoration.

7X24 Technical Phone Support
Extends the basic hours to 24 hours per day, weekends and holidays.

EHW
All Avid hardware ships with a standard one year hardware warranty, unless otherwise specified. Upon expiration of this standard warranty, you can extend the warranty of the Avid hardware by purchasing a new support contract with Extended Hardware Warranty option.
